This is a MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE – there is no office location for in-person visits.
PRICING
Standard Location Appointments:
$35 travel fee + cost of notarizations.
(Examples: home, coffee shop, restaurant, office, curbside, etc.)
Care Facility Appointments:
$50 travel fee + cost of notarizations.
(Examples: nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, etc.)
Notarization Fees:
$15 per notarized signature (state-regulated).
Example Pricing:
1 notarized signature at a standard location: $50 total ($35 + $15).
1 notarized signature at a care facility: $65 total ($50 + $15).
Each additional signature notarized: +$15 per signature.
Special Packages:
Flat rates available for Estate Plans, Living Trust Plans, and Real Estate Transactions.
Group rates available for 15 or more notarized signatures.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
The notary does not carry cash for change. Please plan accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The mobile notary fee applies to any attended appointment, even if notarization cannot be completed due to:
Unsatisfactory identification (per CO Law as outlined in Colorado Revised Statutes § 24-21-505 ).
Inability to confirm signer’s competency or awareness.
All transactions are final – no refunds for completed services.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Each person requiring notarization must:
Appear in person.
Present unexpired, government-issued, photo identification.
Acceptable IDs Must:
Be issued by a federal, state, or tribal government.
Include a photo.
Contain a signature.
Be current (not expired).
WITNESS REQUIREMENTS
Confirm if witnesses are required for your document(s).
Witnesses must:
Be 18 years or older.
Not be named in the document.
Receive no benefits from the document.
Clients may provide their own witnesses.
If the notary provides a witness, there is a $25 fee per witness.
